I’m Luke, a street and travel photographer based in Cologne, Germany. For me, photography isn’t just about creating something beautiful—it’s about remembering. I see it as a visual diary, a way to hold on to the quiet, fleeting moments that would otherwise slip away.

I don’t chase perfection. I’m drawn to scenes that feel honest—soft light, a passing glance, an ordinary street that, just for a second, felt like a scene from a movie. I love that photography lets me pause time for just a moment. Often, it’s not until later that I realize how much that one frame meant.

My work is rooted in nostalgia and emotion. I try to photograph life as it is—unfiltered, spontaneous, and real. Moments you didn’t plan, but that somehow stay with you.

Here are ten of those moments.
Ten frames that stayed with me long after I took them.
