Hi, I’m Aileen, a travel and lifestyle photographer based in Berlin. I first got into photography through film years ago and that’s still where my heart is. I shoot a lot when travelling, especially when the sun is shining, bringing out all the beautiful colours. Photography is my creative outlet, it brings me joy, makes me want to explore more and helps me stay present (as cheesy as that sounds, sorry). Rather than having a plan, I usually capture whatever I feel drawn to and so far I’ve been quite lucky with that.
